We offer a total property management solution for our owners. We pride ourselves with providing exceptional service while keeping our fees low in order for our owners to retain more of their profit from their homes.

Flat fee: We collect $125 per home/unit

*Or 7% of rent (whichever is LEAST)

First month leasing fee: 50% of 1st month ($700 minimum)

No re-leasing fee
